Client Results / Implementation Recovery
An implementation underway for more than a year. An unexpected departure. A business that needed experienced outside help.

A mobile communications and connected health company on Long Island, New York, had been working toward a NetSuite implementation for more than a year. NetSuite's own team was providing implementation services, while an employee inside the company was leading the effort internally.
That employee abruptly left the company. With the project still unfinished, the business lost the person who had been carrying its side of the implementation. A third party referred the company to me for outside help.
I was brought into an implementation that was already in progress. The company had an implementation provider, but it needed additional experience on its own side of the project after losing its internal lead.
That distinction matters. Having a provider assigned to the implementation does not remove the business's need to understand its processes, make decisions, and carry the work internally. An unexpected departure can leave a significant gap.
My starting point on a stalled implementation is a practical rundown: what the business needs to do, what is already working, what remains unresolved, and what is preventing the next step.
I often begin with a focused introductory block of consulting. It gives the company a chance to work with me on real problems and see what I can contribute before deciding how much additional help it needs.
The scope follows the work. Some companies need an independent perspective and a short list of priorities. Others need hands-on help carrying the implementation forward alongside their existing provider.
If your implementation has lost momentum or the person leading it has left, you can bring in independent help. You do not need to wait until you have a perfectly defined request. Start with where the project stands and what your business needs to accomplish next.
Tell me where things stand. You don't need to write it all out or know exactly what's wrong. I'll help you work out the next step.
